When we offer a full refund

• Payment was taken but the surprise was not delivered within 24 hours
• Duplicate charge
• A technical problem on our side that we cannot fix

Scheduled surprises

Scheduled surprises can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they open.

Change of mind

Change of mind refunds are not available once the surprise has been delivered and opened, because it is a digital product delivered instantly.

How to request

Request within 7 days by emailing [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order id.

Processing time

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days (processed through Razorpay).
