What exactly do they receive?
A private link. When they open it, they untie the ribbon, lift the lid and find your words inside, with your photographs if you added them. It ends on a keepsake that is theirs to keep.
Do they need to install anything?
No. They tap the link in WhatsApp, Instagram or anywhere else and it opens right in their browser. No app, no account, no login.
Can it open at midnight?
Yes, on Plus and Premium. Choose the date and time and the box stays sealed, with a quiet countdown on its tag, until then. The unlock time is kept on our server, so changing the phone’s clock won’t open it early.
Who can see my gift?
Only the people you send the link to. Every link is unguessable, unlisted and never indexed by search engines.
Can I see it before I pay?
Yes, always. Write your words, add your photographs and play the whole gift from start to finish for free. You only pay when you are ready to send.
How do I pay?
Once per gift, through Razorpay, with any UPI app or card. There is no subscription. If a payment fails, your gift stays saved exactly as you left it and you are never charged twice.
What about refunds?
You get a full refund if your gift was not delivered within 24 hours of paying, if you were charged twice, or if a problem on our side can’t be fixed. Scheduled gifts can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they open. Write to us within 7 days with your order id.
